“Are you okay?’

She jumped off the bed faster than lightning and rushed into the bathroom. He remained on the bed naked and visibly erect.

“What is it? Open the door,” he said.

“No. Just give me some time.“

They’d been dating for eight months. Bryan was 21 and Caroline had just turned 18. She was raised in a very conservative home.

Her father worked the graveyard shift at the local brewery warehouse. Her mother was a teacher. Caroline was an only child and her parents raised her with all the love in the world, although she was too protected and very sheltered.

Bryan was raised in a more liberal home. They were sort of like modern day hippies, if you will.

He taught her to be free and she taught him discipline. He was also hoping to teach her the beauty of sex, but this was a harder lesson for her to grasp.

“Listen,” he said. “Come on out. We don’t have to do anything if you don’t want to.”

As of right now 8:30 p.m. Saturday night, Caroline was no longer a virgin.
